How to schedule TikTok posts on desktop

You can post to TikTok using its own native scheduler—however, there are some slight limitations to using the scheduler.
1. You can only schedule posts up to 10 days in advance.
2. You can only schedule from your desktop.

But if you’re okay with that, here’s the step-by-step on getting your TikToks scheduled.
  1. Log in to TikTok from your desktop browser.
  2. Click on the upload icon in the upper right-hand corner which will take you to the TikTok upload page.
  3. Upload and edit your video to TikTok.
  4. Add your caption and hashtags, edit the cover image, set your privacy settings, and more!
  5. Schedule your video. There will be a schedule button that you can turn on. Select the date and time you’d like it to be posted and you’re ready to go!

How to schedule TikTok posts on Flick

When it comes to scheduling your TikTok posts with Flick, you can do it on both mobile and desktop. Yeah, it’s pretty cool.
  1. Connect your TikTok profile (make sure it is a business account! You can change the settings for your account here) to your Flick account. On the left-hand side of the screen, click settings and workspace. From here, you can link your TikTok profile.
  2. Head to Scheduling on Flick (you’ll see this on the left-hand side of the screen).
  3. Click “New Post”
  4. Make sure your TikTok account is selected to post to.
  5. Upload your video
  6. Edit and crop your TikTok video to the recommended format of 9:16. Also make sure your video is under 10 minutes long.
  7. Write your caption and add your hashtags.
  8. Select a date and best time to post.
  9. Schedule!
Your video will then post automatically for you on your TikTok account.

When is the best time to post on TikTok?

Okay, let’s dive into the data. According to Influencer Marketing Hub and Hootsuite, the best times to post during each day are:
  • Monday: 6am, 10am, 10pm
  • Tuesday: 2am, 4am, 9am
  • Wednesday: 7am, 8am, 11pm
  • Thursday: 9am, 12am, 7pm
  • Friday: 5am, 1pm, 3pm
  • Saturday: 11am, 7pm, 8pm
  • Sunday: 7am, 8am, 4pm
All of these times are based on Pacific Standard Time.
