Well, well, well, Meta has started announcing even more updates when it comes to Reels to compete even further with TikTok. The latest features are to help promote engagement and reach with Reels including the expansion of the “Add Yours” sticker, additional Reels insights, and “auto-created” Reels clips.
Okay, this one is as simple as its name. Over on Facebook Reels, you’ll be able to automatically convert your archived Stories into Reels clips.
While you start creating your Reel, you’ll see a new prompt “Create from Your Story Archive” that will allow you to take your old Stories and turn them into a Reel.
So no, it’s not automatically making Reels for you, but it is a super easy way for you to select some of your favorite archived stories and make them into a Reel. It’s … Reel simple. Okay, I’ll see myself out.
Meta is adding new Reels performance insights into Creator Studio including Reach, Minutes, Viewed, and Average Watch Time.
With these newly added insights, you’ll be able to figure out what’s working, what’s not working, and more to help you grow your Reels engagement.
